Business English courses are designed in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). These courses prepare students or employees studying or working in a bilingual environment, where written correspondence and oral communication in English becomes essential. These programs intend to provide the required level of English proficiency along with the lexis and style needed in Business Communication.
The following pages will help you understand how our programs can boost the communicative skills of your employees and improve their KPIs. Along with English, departmental knowledge would also be refreshed for better performance.
Communicative English

Following steps would be taken during the course duration
Step 1: Categorizing students into small groups according to their English levels.
Step 2: Improving their grammar and English usage skills.
Step 3: Collecting, introducing, and explaining the glossary of their professional fields through exercises.
Step 4: Applying the above in practical business communication scenarios such as telephoning, e-mailing, reporting, etc.
Step 5: Training all of them to create and deliver presentations professionally (includes PowerPoint usage.)
Step 6: Tracking progress through assignments and regular reviews.
Step 7: Reviewing final outcomes through a practical approach:

Students would be tested for progress, and performance reviewed frequently

A test based on multiple choice questions. – 30 minutes

A written examination to test the professional use of English. – 60 minutes

An interview to test the verbal communication in a meeting. – 15 minutes each
-
A presentation in the classroom (online, to be recorded for assessment) – 5 to 7 minutes each.

A PowerPoint slide presentation to be presented in the company premises.

A brief project submission with their own feedback about their progress. (500 words)

The training compliance and requirements
The above outcomes are subject to compliance with the training conditions:

Access to online resources will be provided on the basis of timely attendance and fee payments.

Course contents (syllabus) would be provided online, to each participating group.

We’ll use Zoom as the main interface between teacher and participants.

Books and resources would be provided by the teacher (for hard copies) and through the E-library.

Students may optionally pay for an online certificate from IELTS Counsellor
